Influenced by body language found in film, Dana Bell’s boldly colored series "A Delicate Balance" utilizes repetition and color to highlight the unspoken behaviors in interactions. I use color to represent nonverbal modes of communication. Movement emerges as something liquid and formal. The moment of drama is suspended and extended into infinity.
