277 Fifth Avenue is located in NYC’s NoMad district and sits at the epicenter of fashion, technology, entertainment and residential living. To complement the architecture by Rafael Viñoly and contemporary interiors by Jeffrey Beers International, Uprise Art curated one-of-a-kind works by more than twenty artists for the building’s lobby, amenity spaces, and select private residences. Each piece reflects the elegance of the building and offers a warm welcome home to residents.

“We wanted to make a building that is timeless and that contributes to the ongoing transformation of Fifth Avenue — a unique and amazing promenade in the heart of New York City.”
“Uprise Art worked intimately with the designers to hand-select each piece of art, bringing together all of the architectural and design elements to create a story of luxury and sophistication, and bring life to the building.”
“I believe that good design is the intersection of art and intelligence. These homes are the perfect combination of both.”
“I wanted to be respectful of the building and design the interiors in a way that conveys warmth, like I would my own home.”
“The design brings out the best of the architecture and makes the interiors a softer version of the building’s simplicity and elegance.”
