Designer Shelly Lynch-Sparks embraced the open floor plan of this growing family's apartment by leaving the layout open and the textures neutral. The rooms are tied together through exposed overhead beams and process-focused artwork by Scott Sueme, Clay Mahn, and more.
This apartment was for a growing family. They wanted a warm space that kept the airiness and openness of a loft.
