A balanced abode on the Upper West Side
Our friend Casey Debois created a warm and inviting space for this young couple by combining their existing furniture with new, timeless pieces, from double-layered jute rugs to one-of-a-kind paintings by NG Collective Studio.
It's important to focus on materials – too much of one material can make a room feel off-balance. I wanted to achieve a perfect mixture of finishes – blending reclaimed wood, brass, copper, high gloss and upholstery to warm up the space.
