“My series ‘Synergy’ takes a playful look at how individual entities work together with various results. Many printed papers are recombined in the creation of these unique collages, and this process utilizes almost every bit of what I make in my studio. I see the imagery in this series as harmoniously tense, curiously unassuming, and mysteriously cheerful.” — Laura Berman
