More than anything I identify with the profession of a storyteller. My work is about any subject and object that fascinates me. The underlying tone tends to be a humorous way to look at the world.

Martina’s obsession with nature, books, and the everyday act as constant sources of inspiration for her work. The artist grew up in rural Bavaria and studied photography in Stuttgart where she graduated with honors. She moved to London after being awarded a scholarship and received an MA in Communication Design at Central Saint Martins University. She was PAMM Curator’s Pick at Pulse Miami Beach in 2018.
