“Much of my work deals with complexity and the limits of our knowledge. With the Visage series, I am exploring the mystery of truly understanding or knowing others, and even ourselves. I am interested in our attempts through philosophy, psychology and personal relationships to explore out what is revealed by choice, and what is necessarily hidden from us in our relationships. ” — Leigh Wells
