Kyle Simon (b. 1979) is an artist, printmaker, and illuminator living in Brooklyn, NY. Simon was born in Philadelphia and graduated from The College of Santa Fe in New Mexico. He currently works as a printer with Pace Prints in NYC. Simon’s artworks are narrative environments, telling original stories through diverse techniques and mediums. Recent solo exhibitions include The Waltz, Portland Museum of Modern Art, Portland, OR (2013); The Incredible Story of Benny Pickle, Harlem Getaway, New York, NY (2013); and The Saga of Jimmy Canal, Kunsthalle Galapagos, Brooklyn, NY (2012). Simon’s work has also been exhibited at: the Portland Museum of Modern Art, Portland, OR (2015); Studio 339, New York, NY (2013); Cheymore Gallery, Tuxedo, NY (2012); Affordable Art Fair, New York, NY; and Fountain Art Fair, New York, NY.
