Daniel Mullen (b. 1985) is a Scottish painter working in Amsterdam. A student of architecture, his work spans from the meticulously representational to abstractions that focus on boundaries and fictive spaces. Mullen was nominated for the Buning Brongers price for painting in 2012 and was a finalist on Nieuwe Rembrandt in the same year. In 2014 he was nominated for The Dutch Royal Prize for Painting.
